Mortadella is the pride of Bologna: a large, silky cooked sausage made from pork, studded with cubes of lard and seasoned with a touch of pepper. Simonini's is sweet, creamy and fragrant, a timeless classic. Fold thin slices into a warm focaccia or panino, dice it for pasta fillings, or add it to a board with pistachios and cheese. Pairs well with Lambrusco, Pinot Noir or Chardonnay. Sold per 100 g.
