PINI BRESAOLA SILVERSIDE

Bresaola is an air-dried beef from the Alps of northern Italy. Pini's is made from beef silverside: thin, light and lean, with a delicate flavour and a scent of alpine herbs. The classic way to serve it is with rocket, shavings of Parmigiano, lemon juice and extra virgin olive oil. A great choice for anyone who wants flavour without much fat.
