A method perfected over 200 years. The Pastificio Liguori is one of the oldest in Italy: its origins date back to 1795. Today, as in the past, we use only the best durum wheats from southern Italy and pure water from the Lattari Mountains Regional Park, spring water that with its precious physicochemical properties characterizes the unique flavor of Liguori pasta.
